Reimbursement will be made to the customer in full without any additional compensation or reimbursement.

OR, at the customer’s option, replacement product of the same or approximately the same value may be offered.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE

  • Refund requests must be:
  • Manufactured within 14 days of purchase date.
  • Sent by e-mail to info@9storeonline.com ou service@9storeonline.com
  • Contain the order reference number as well as the detailed and substantiated reasons for which you are requesting a refund.
  • When submitting a refund request, please allow our customer service team up to 1 business day to respond to you on the issue.
  • You should expect an email from info@9storeonline.com or service@9storeonline.com, be prepared to provide our support agents with additional information and follow any recommendations.
  • If a refund is approved, it may take us up to 1 business day to process it. The money will be refunded to you in the same currency that was used for the purchase. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card used to purchase the product, and for check and money order purchases, a check will be mailed.
  • Please destroy all copies of the license.
